Atlanta organic farmer and advocate “Farmer D,” also known as Daron Joffe, has paired with Williams-Sonoma on a new line of products for the San Francisco-based company’s stores and catalogs that help customers not only prepare and serve food, but to also grow it, reports the New York Times.

On Thursday, Williams-Sonoma (NYSE: WSM) will introduce Agrarian, a collection that looks to Joffe’s company – Farmer D Organics Garden Centers – and other companies to supply just about everything one might need to make the jump from seed to table, the newspaper reports.
New Williams-Sonoma Agrarian line products include cedar garden beds and window boxes, organic soil and fertilizer, heirloom seeds, copper gardening tools, backyard beehives and portable chicken coops.
According to the Farmer D Organics website, the Atlanta business will celebrate the launch of the Williams-Sonoma line during an April 8 party at the company’s store at 2154 Briarcliff Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30329.

LLCC Night at Nino’s

13 neighbors and 24 Nino’s regulars enjoyed the delicious food and relaxing atmosphere at our latest LLCC Night at Nino’s Italian Restaurant March 8. Helen & Tony Noviello, owners and LaVista Park residents, graciously donated 10% of the evening’s gross to LLCC. We hope to continue our LLCC Night program in the coming year with other fine eateries in our community.
